Boyzone（男孩地带），由Ronan、Stephen、Shane、Mike和Keith五人组成。
1993年，通过在爱尔兰全国的选拔，五位帅气的小伙子在爱尔兰首都都柏林组成了 Boyzone演唱组。他们靠翻唱很快走红，94年，第一支单曲《Love Me For A Reason》获得了爱尔兰榜的亚军。
随后于95年，他们发行了第一张专辑《Said And Done》。96年，他们的第二张专辑《A Different Beat》发行，其中翻唱老牌英国乐队Bee Gees的歌曲《Words》 于96年11月拿到了他们的首个排行榜冠军，Boyzone成为当红偶像组合。
97年， 他们又发行了第三张专辑《Where We Belong》， 其中的歌曲《Picture Of You》被用作电影《Mr Bean》《憨豆先生》）的主题歌。
99年，Boyzone的新歌加精选专辑《By Request》发行，先于专辑发行的单曲《No Matter What》大获成功，击败《My Heart Will Go On》等歌曲获得英国全年总冠军。他们还在U2的新歌《The Sweatest Thing》的Music Video中客串了一把。
最近，关于Boyaone解散的传闻不断，Ronan、Stephen、Mike等成员也相继出了自己的歌曲和专辑；但据Ronan说， 成员们只是暂时自己发展，不久Boyzone还会一起唱歌，他们的歌迷可以放心了。
Boyzone是爱尔兰最成功的偶像组合，也是Take That后欧洲最成功的男孩组合。他们在爱尔兰榜上有六首冠军单曲， 超过B*Witched的四首和U2的三首而名列第一。
新千年带给Boyzone的并不是更多的荣誉， 他们的成员相继单飞了，这使的这个曾经创造过辉煌的乐队光芒渐失，并且开始默默地陨落了。不过他们留下的那些脍炙人口的作品不会被人们忘记的。
